🎯 Requirements

A minimum of 5 years in civic/institutional tech, public infrastructure policy, or related fields.
Proven track record with senior public-sector stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Ethereum, Web3, open-source, and privacy tech (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs
Experience designing educational frameworks and pilot programs.
Fluency in English.
