You will lead RES's accounting function and oversee a distributed team.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Ensure US GAAP compliance and accurate financial statements.
Partner with leadership to improve financial visibility and scale accounting infrastructure.
Drive system improvements, including continued optimization of NetSuite.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of progressive accounting and financial leadership experience.
Experience leading managers and geographically distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.
Experience with ASC 606 and project-based revenue recognition.
Proven ability to build scalable accounting processes and collaborate cross-functionally.
