Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations and support Workday ERP transformation
• Oversee Corporate Accounting, Operations Accounting, and Accounts Receivable
• Drive consolidation, internal controls, and audits aligned with GAAP
• Guide acquisitions: opening balance sheets, system onboarding, and policy alignment
• Partner with CFO on strategy and financial leadership across a multi-entity org
• Support Medicaid/regulated environments with compliance focus

🎯 Requirements

• MUST HAVE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years accounting/finance, with 5+ years in a leadership role
• GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting expertise
• Advanced Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
• ERP/accounting systems experience (Workday, Dynamics GP, Sage, Peachtree, similar)
