Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the Corporate Accounting Team
• Establish departmental goals, performance expectations, and key metrics
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate accounting activities; meet deadlines and quality standards
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Oversee general ledger activities and accurate recording of financial transactions
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience overseeing general ledger, financial reporting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting practices
• Proven experience leading accounting operations and improving processes
• Coaching and managing a high-performing accounting team
