Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as a key legal partner to business teams across corporate, commercial, technology
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including SaaS
• Manage contract matters end-to-end, from intake and drafting through negotiation, stakeholder
• Provide practical legal guidance on corporate transactions, business agreements, and strategic
• Maintain corporate and securities filings, including SEC filings such as Forms 4, S-8, and 8-K and
• Support regulatory and compliance matters involving employment, privacy, data security, consumer

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably including meaningful in-house or business-facing
• Strong commercial and business judgment, with the ability to identify, prioritize, and communicate
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements
• Ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and practically to non-lawyer stakeholders.
