Corporate Counsel

📋 Description

• Serve as key legal partner across corporate, commercial, technology, regulatory, compliance
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including software, SaaS, AI, vendor
• Maintain corporate securities filings with the SEC (Form 4, Form S-8, Form 8-K, and related
• Manage contract matters end-to-end from intake through execution.
• Develop and improve templates, contract playbooks, clause libraries, workflows, and scalable legal
• Support non-U.S. subsidiary corporate governance and related compliance requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, with eligibility to practice as in-house counsel
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong business judgment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize material legal risk.
• Ability to explain legal concepts clearly to non-lawyers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong project management.
