📋 Description

• Draft, negotiate, and review SaaS, services, partner, vendor, and data licenses globally (UK
• Build win/win contracts and strong relationships with counterparties and senior leaders.
• Support General Counsel with contract templates, processes, and scalable operations.
• Provide legal advice to sales, marketing, and other teams with regulatory compliance focus.
• Handle corporate governance, HR, real estate, data privacy, compliance, and equity matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from a recognized law school; licensed to practice in the UK.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in tech, SaaS, or in-house/legal at a tech company.
• Working proficiency in UK/EU GDPR and related SaaS regulatory schemes (DORA, etc.).
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills; capable of multi-transaction management.
• Comfort working with AI tools and across time zones with diverse teams.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to balance risk with business needs.
