📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of corporate development transactions, including sourcing, diligence
• Track and interpret trends across AI, technology, and adjacent industries to provide actionable
• Proactively source acquisition opportunities by building relationships across the venture and
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, GTM, and executives to evaluate and advance
• Build financial models and commercial cases to support executive decision-making.
• Prepare and present deal materials to senior leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience leading M&A or strategic transactions (corporate development, private
• Deep experience analyzing emerging technologies and markets, with comfort working with founders and
• Genuine passion for AI and its impact on the world.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial judgment and strategic insight.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, build process in a fast-moving environment, and operate with high
