Corporate Development Integration Lead

📋 Description

• Lead post-LOI diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams
• Define and scale the integration playbook for multiple deals
• Coordinate technical deep dives with engineering/research leadership
• Own end-to-end integration plans: structure, tooling, roadmap alignment
• Model scenarios and manage day-one to day-100 execution
• Serve as primary contact for acquired teams during transition

• Annual Salary: $325,000 — $425,000 USD
