📋 Description

• Drive Archer’s merger and acquisition efforts from thesis through integration handoff
• Operate across Archer’s business lines to identify, evaluate, and execute transactions
• Lead M&A target pipeline development, sourcing, and screening
• Coordinate diligence, data rooms, cross-functional workstreams, and deal terms
• Utilize AI tools to automate screening, diligence tracking, and research synthesis

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting, or
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, three-statement modeling, scenario analysis
• Structured diligence experience with data room management and cross-functional coordination
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to present executive-ready materials
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field
