📋 Description

• Advise boards and exec leadership on governance matters
• Draft and maintain bylaws, charters, policies, and records
• Support public company compliance and regulatory filings
• Provide guidance on securities and governance standards
• Oversee entity management and subsidiary governance
• Partner with legal/business teams to improve governance

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in corporate governance or public company work
• Strong corporate law and securities knowledge
• Active license in Ontario or Alberta
• Experience advising executives and boards
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently
