Corporate IT Engineer (UK)

📋 Description

• Own the architecture and administration of our core enterprise SaaS platforms — including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta
• Build automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to automate onboarding and offboarding
• Drive IAM strategy by implementing SSO, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across our SaaS ecosystem
• Build AI-assisted workflows and tooling to accelerate IT operations and troubleshooting
• Escalate complex identity, MDM, and authentication issues; partner with Security for compliance
• Lead IT infra projects end-to-end with focus on reliability and maintainability

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering or sysadmin in a high-growth tech environment
• Deep expertise managing Okta and SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365
• Strong Python/Bash scripting and Terraform IaC; track record of custom integrations and automations
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate IT docs and operations
• Proven ability to evaluate platforms and make build-vs-buy recommendations for speed and scalability
• Exceptional communication skills; translate complex tech for engineers and executives
