📋 Description

• Provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters.
• Serve as lead lawyer on legal requests and advise on contract risks and commercial solutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (SaaS, NDAs, addenda
• Maintain contract templates and oversee internal approval workflows.
• Provide training to the Americas Sales Team on legal matters.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school.
• 10 years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer, including at least 3 years of
