Maintain contract templates, oversee internal approvals, and collaborate with insurers on
Provide ongoing training to the Americas Sales Team on legal matters.
Monitor regulatory developments and advise on actions to address upcoming requirements.

🎯 Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
10 years of experience as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer, including at least 3 years of
Active license to practice law in the United States
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills
