Corporate Lawyer (Legal Counsel Expert)

📋 Description

• Provide legal support for transactional, compliance, and governance matters
• Lead on legal requests and advise on contract risks and commercial solutions
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements, NDAs, addenda, and other customer-facing docs
• Maintain templates, oversee approvals, and collaborate with insurers on endorsements
• Train Americas Sales Team on legal matters and monitor regulatory developments
• Coordinate external counsel and explore AI-powered contract review tools

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA-accredited law school
• 10 years as a U.S. practicing transactional lawyer, with at least 3 years SaaS negotiations
• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Strong communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills
