📋 Description

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for UK/US sales teams (customer proposals, NDAs)
• Provide business‑oriented legal and contract advice across the org
• Support data protection requests and key data compliance matters
• Negotiate vendor agreements; advise on contracting models and product design
• Maintain template agreements and contract review guides
• Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and drive efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PQE in private practice or in‑house
• Qualified solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with practising certificate
• Practical, business‑focused legal advice to colleagues at all levels
• Creative/strategic thinker; able to improve processes
• Experience with UK/US corporate and commercial matters
• Fast learner; comfortable with new matters; thrives in a fast paced env
