🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in Medical Affairs in pharma.
• Experience supporting launches, ideally Rare Diseases/Neurology.
• Regional/global Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Bachelor in Life Sciences; MD/PhD/MSc in neuroscience desirable.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and international collaboration.
