📋 Description

• Lead global medical strategy for pipeline and in-market Rare Diseases products across international
• Drive launch excellence and readiness with medical plans for successful product launches.
• Generate and synthesize medical insights; translate findings into strategic initiatives.
• Lead scientific communications, evidence-generation, and publication planning.
• Develop relationships with international KOLs and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Clinical Development, Regulatory and Market Access teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs within pharma, with exposure to innovative medicines.
• Experience supporting product launches and launch-readiness; ideally Rare Diseases/Neurology.
• Regional/global Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences; MD/PhD/MSc in Neurosciences desirable.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-national collaboration.
