🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to
• Experience supporting product launches and launch-readiness activities, ideally in Rare Diseases
• Experience in regional or global Medical Affairs roles is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's in Life Sciences; MD/PhD/MSc in Neurosciences or related field highly desirable.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building across international
