  • Experience in regional or global Medical Affairs roles is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's in Life Sciences; MD/PhD/MSc in Neurosciences or related field highly desirable.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship-building across international
