Cost Estimator / Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate cost estimation process for projects and phases
• Prepare the basis for cost estimates and communicate data to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project management to execute cost control efficiently
• Set up project budget and cost control procedures
• Track actual costs and forecast remaining costs
• Report deviations to budget and support target achievement

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Process, Industry)
• 2-5 years in cost estimation/control for industrial projects
• Strong Excel skills; experience with Cleopatra, Acumen, @Risk, Scudo Pro is a plus
• Fluency in Finnish and English; strong communication and leadership
• Data analytics and visualization skills; hands-on, proactive mindset
• Willingness to travel and relocate
