Cost Estimator / Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate cost estimation process for projects and phases
• Prepare cost estimates basis and communicate data to stakeholders
• Collaborate with project management for cost control and reporting deviations
• Set up project budget and cost control procedures
• Track actual costs and forecast remaining costs
• Participate in cost estimation and cost control competence development

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering degree (Process, Industry)
• Min. 2-5 years in cost estimation and/or cost control in industrial projects
• Strong Excel; exposure to Cleopatra, Acumen, @Risk, Scudo Pro is a plus
• Fluent in Finnish and English; strong leadership and communication skills
• Data analytics and visualization skills; proactive, hands-on, growth mindset
• Willingness to travel and relocate; on-site experience advantageous
