📋 Description

Draft and implement transaction playbooks and checklists
Manage corporate legal affairs domestically and internationally
Draft, negotiate, and review commercial/vendor agreements
Review vendor and contractor agreements
Assist Data Protection Officer with DPAs and privacy docs
Collaborate with teams to analyze legal risk and advise stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Familiarity with open source and AI preferred
Knowledge of IP, licensing, SaaS, privacy in commercial contexts
Strong contract analysis and negotiation skills
3-5 years legal experience; in-house experience a plus
Able to register as in-house counsel in California and work onsite
