Collaborate with Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Equity, People, and Legal
Support securities compliance and disclosures for financings and governance.
Develop scalable legal processes for subsidiaries, expansion, equity, and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in legal roles at tech companies or tech-focused firms.
Experience in corporate governance and capital markets for late-stage or public companies.
Strong ownership, initiative, and sound judgment in ambiguity.
Integrity, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Interest in using AI to improve legal workflows.
JD and CA license/qualification to practice.
