📋 Description

• Oversee litigation with emphasis on personal injury matters.
• Collaborate with Legal Team to align litigation strategy with Lyft’s goals.
• Manage discovery, motions, witness prep, trial and appeals.
• Guide management on litigation matters and cross-functional needs.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, staffing, budgets, and strategy.
• Communicate with carriers and third parties as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation experience at a top firm or in-house.
• J.D. from a top-tier law school; active state bar member.
• In-house tech clients experience preferred; strong problem solving.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort handling high workload and shifting priorities.
