📋 Description

• Serve as a dedicated thought partner for the Strategic Partnership team
• Support negotiations on complex and novel agreements with strategic partners
• Review and draft commercial documents and terms for product/partnership deals
• Coordinate with local counsel globally to determine optimal paths to market
• Liaise with senior stakeholders across the Airwallex group
• Manage external counsel on regulatory matters

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a lawyer at a top firm, in-house or both
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with diverse internal/external partners
• Versatility in advising Product and supporting commercial terms
• Proactive, results-driven, and ownership mindset
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and drafting skills
• Ability to master new areas of law quickly

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary USD 146,000 – USD 255,000 per year
