🎯 Requirements

2–7+ years practicing law in firm and/or in-house
J.D. from accredited U.S. law school; CA bar preferred
Volume contracting: commercial and tech agreements
Proven use of AI tools in legal practice
Dynamic self-starter; capable in small team
Strong business judgment; clear, actionable guidance
