  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Sexology, Child and Youth
  • 1โ€“2 years of crisis intervention/counselling experience; practicum/placement relevant
  • Strong risk assessment and safety planning skills
  • Knowledge of relevant national and provincial youth-at-risk legislation and referral processes
  • Excellent English; French proficiency required for bilingual positions
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and escalation when needed
