📋 Description

• Deliver direct counseling to families via telehealth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Support caregivers: children, parents, siblings, and other stakeholders.
• Attend family care meetings with other providers when needed.
• Contribute to wraparound support and information sharing.
• Mentor may be offered through the Clinical Ladder Program.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Current, unrestricted clinical license in the working state (e.g., AZ).
• 1+ year of experience with children or families with developmental differences.
• Knowledgeable in empirically supported therapies (CBT, narrative, etc.).
• Ability to obtain mental health provider licensure where Cortica has presence within 60 days.
