Develop and execute strategic plans for the OGC business in KSA & Bahrain, aligning with
Conduct market analysis to identify demand and opportunities for expansion.
Set short/long-term goals, including new services and diversification.
Oversee Sub-Business Unit Managers to meet business objectives.
Provide consultancy in OGC testing to clients, improving satisfaction.
Prepare reports on performance and project progress for senior management.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, preferably Chemistry.
Fluent in English; Arabic adds value.
15+ years managing countrywide OGC operations with large teams.
Hands-on marine and laboratory ops in oil, gas & chemical logistics.
Experience in vessel operations: loading, custody transfer, sampling, docs.
Laboratory testing experience (fuels, LPG, crude, chemicals) with QA/QC exposure.
