Country Community Manager – Türkiye (12 month contract)

📋 Description

• Own the health, engagement, and growth of Canva's Türkiye communities: Educators, Creators, and
• Onboard new Creators and Canvassadors aligned with Türkiye's priorities.
• Launch and develop the SMB community from the ground up with strategy and rituals.
• Design engaging experiences: challenges, tutorials, webinars, live events, and spotlights.
• Plan online/offline meetups, workshops, webinars, and moments at relevant events.
• Track engagement, retention and content performance to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep community management expertise: 4+ years, launching and sustaining active communities at scale.
• Experience with creative and/or educator communities; worked with creators, educators, or similar
• Natural connector with empathy; strong facilitation; capable of hosting webinars and live events.
• Strategic onboarding mindset; recruit and onboard members tied to content gaps and priorities.
• Analytical and data-driven; comfortable with KPIs and reporting.
• Hands-on with community tools: Facebook Groups, Discord, Circle; plus Google Workspace, Monday
