Country Controller Assistant Manager (Payments, Lending & Insurance)

📋 Description

• Responsible for financial statement accuracy and compliance for lending, payment, and insurance
• Present financial statements and analyses to Indonesia CFO and business leaders
• External financial reporting to regulators Bank Indonesia and OJK
• Accountable for disbursal, expected credit loss, write-offs, recoveries in lending
• Finance partner with business, FP&A, treasury, tax, tech, and product teams
• Lead finalization of audited financial statements for lending, payments, and insurance entities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in accounting/finance, preferably in banking, insurance, P2P lending, or multi-finance
• External auditor experience is a strong plus
• Proven track record managing multiple stakeholders (business teams, regulators, auditors)
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Strong experience with Oracle accounting software is a big plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
