📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and execution of global trade compliance programs, internal policies, and
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customs authorities and regulatory agencies, supporting
• Advise business units and functional teams on import/export regulations, tariff classifications
• Oversee customs entry processes, tariff classifications, and trade compliance activities while
• Partner with technical teams to support product, software, and technology classifications
• Deliver training, guidance, and compliance communications to improve awareness of evolving trade

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Legal
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, export controls, import operations
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations, customs requirements, export controls
• Experience advising cross-functional stakeholders within complex multinational organizations on
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business
• Hands-on experience with SAP GTS or similar global trade management systems.
