Court Filing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Court Filing team across CA courts and jurisdictions.
• Manage workload, priorities, urgent and VIP filings, SLAs.
• Coach team via feedback, training, evaluations, and goals.
• Establish KPIs; ensure quality, accuracy, productivity, client service.
• Subject-matter expert on CA court filing rules, rules, and procedures.
• Audit case files, data entry, e-filing submissions to prevent errors.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in CA court filing/eFiling ops; county knowledge.
• 5+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Proven multi-jurisdiction high-volume filing experience.
• Hands-on with eFiling platforms: Tyler Odyssey/File & Serve, LegalConnect, One Legal
• Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, training materials.
• Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
