📋 Description

• Lead transformation for CPG & Retail collaboration with Tesco UK.
• Drive best-in-class collaboration model for joint planning, range, and promotions.
• Translate co-planning into agile, data-driven processes.
• Support Price, Promotion and Ranging workstreams in Tesco transformation.
• Identify and scale new commercial opportunities with CPGs & Tesco.
• Assist pre-sales and client development with Retail/CPG teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a leading UK FMCG manufacturer (essential).
• Strong background in Commercial, National Accounts, Revenue Growth Management, Market Strategy
• Deep knowledge of UK grocery processes (ideally Tesco) for B2B planning and promotions.
• Experience in retail buying, merchandising, or trade planning (desirable).
• Strong understanding of Pricing, Promotions, Ranging in retail and manufacturer contexts.
• Ability to connect retailer and CPG needs for mutual benefit.
