CRA and Fair Lending Analyst

📋 Description

• Support CRA and Fair Lending programs for compliance
• Collect, monitor, validate, and report CRA data
• Manage submission of CRA/HMDA data to regulators
• Analyze CRA, HMDA, and community data for reports
• Evaluate Fair Lending performance and identify disparities
• Review community development loans and investments for CRA eligibility

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical skills to handle large data sets
• Experience in CRA, Fair Lending, banking, or financial services advantageous
• Understanding of CRA data management or compliance preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and residential lending is a plus
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and project-tracking abilities
