📋 Description

• Lead No-code Practice Development & Center of Excellence
• Establish and promote no-code methodologies and tools
• Drive standardization and best practices across the org
• Build a Center of Competence for no-code governance and reuse
• Lead and mentor a team of low-code developers
• Coordinate with IT, QA, DevOps for CI/CD and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business process automation, application development, or enterprise innovation as a lead
• At least 3 years of team management
• Deep understanding of no-code/low-code platforms (Power Platform, Bubble, Make, Glide)
• Solid SDLC and agile methodologies knowledge
• Experience integrating low-code solutions with APIs, databases, and services
• Strong problem solving, communication, and organizational skills
