Creative Design Lead

📋 Description

• Own the visual identity of M-KOPA Nigeria across all marketing campaigns.
• Translate objectives into culturally relevant visual stories for the Nigerian market.
• Design, animate, and deliver motion graphics, typography, and visual effects for digital ads
• Lead end-to-end video editing (cutting, colour grading, sound design, mixing) for short-form and
• Oversee live-action shoots and photoshoots, directing creators, actors, or internal talent as
• Maintain an organized pipeline of assets to deliver projects on time in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in motion graphics, animation, and video editing with a versatile portfolio.
• Proven track record in end-to-end video production including colour grading and sound design.
• Strong understanding of the Nigerian market and culturally resonant content.
• Hands-on ability to own and execute creative tasks across campaigns.
