📋 Description

• Own the creative and strategic direction for photography and video across Content Studio.
• Lead and grow a team of senior art directors, photographers and videographers.
• Champion AI-first approaches to production at scale and set standards for AI-enabled content
• Partner with Content Studio's engineering, product and production leadership to shape tooling and
• Uphold Canva's creative quality bar across photography and video; commission shoots and review
• Contribute to Canva's AI Template Marketplace goals with photos and video as core ingredients.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading and growing creative teams or senior specialists; ability to set direction and
• Understanding of operating at platform scale; can shape systems and standards for mass asset
• Systems-thinking for AI; understand end-to-end AI-driven production pipelines and guide others.
• Experienced creative leader in photography and/or video with strong quality and craft; portfolio
• Ability to balance creative ambition with operational rigour and ship at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with creatives, engineers, product managers and operations
