📋 Description

• Lead Post Production with high ownership and quality standards
• Partner with the VP of Post-Production to set vision and standards
• Build systems for quality: reference libraries, rubrics, training
• Identify tools including AI and in-house builds to leverage craft
• Architect the systems and own day-to-day operations for the function
• Enforce standards and mentor teams to sustain the bar

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in post-production
• 3+ years in leadership roles
• 2+ years managing large teams (20+)
