Lead creative development for D&D Universes Beyond, shaping story, tone, and worldbuilding
Collaborate with product strategy, Franchise partners, and external writers to translate sources

🎯 Requirements

Experience in creative development, narrative design, worldbuilding, publishing, games, or
Ability to turn early concepts into pitches, franchise bibles, or editorial guidelines that align
Strong instincts for compelling stories and the skill to translate brand guidance into clear
Experience managing freelancers or external partners (assignments, feedback, schedules
Excellent communication; comfortable guiding blue-sky ideas to tactical execution without stalling
Familiarity with tabletop RPGs, fantasy storytelling, D&D, or D&D Beyond.
