Creative Production Intern

📋 Description

• Coordinate shoot logistics, scheduling, locations, and prep
• On-set production for UGC, podcasts, lifestyle, and social shoots
• Set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio gear
• Collaborate with Strategists/Producer to execute briefs
• Assist with creator and talent management during shoots
• Source props, wardrobe, and production materials
• Organize footage, assets, and files post-shoot
• Support production ops, equipment, and studio upkeep
• Maintain clear communication across creators, editors, and team
• Proactively solve on-set challenges and support the team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn on set
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and/or editing tools
• Interest in short-form content, creators, and paid social marketing
• Previous internship, freelance, student film, or creator experience is a plus but not required
