Creative Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end creative projects across briefs, planning, tracking, and delivery
• Act as central contact between CAT, artists, marketing, UA, game teams, legal, licensors, and
• Drive production planning, define priorities, allocate work, manage dependencies, and mitigate
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and progress in Airtable with clear visibility
• Ensure briefs/assets are production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines
• Improve workflows and documentation to boost efficiency across teams

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in project management, production, communications, or related
• Minimum 4 years in creative project management, production coordination, or content production
• Experience with Airtable, Jira, Trello, Monday.com or equivalent tools
• Strong ability to review briefs and identify missing information pre-production
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage shifting priorities and tight deadlines
