Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Quality and regulatory checkpoint within the creative production workflow for Healthcare
• Review ads, landing pages, emails, social content, and video for MLR compliance and brand standards
• Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats: annotations, references, filings, and submission packaging
• Maintain deliverable trackers and coordinate feedback with client stakeholders
• Support creative workflow, organize tasks, and ensure compliant assets ship
• Leverage AI technologies and Nova ecosystem to optimize processes

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production with MLR exposure
• Knowledge of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 rules (ISIs, claims, branded vs unbranded)
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred
• Strong eye for brand, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats
• Process-oriented with ability to document and improve QA standards
• Proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools; fast-paced agency experience
