Creative Quality & Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• QA and regulatory checkpoint across creative output for Healthcare division
• Review assets for MLR compliance, brand standards, and copy accuracy
• Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats; manage claims, references, and filings
• Coordinate feedback and trafficking between creative team and client POCs
• Support workflow with Asana boards and deliverable trackers
• Apply AI to enhance processes and leverage Nova ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production or agency
• Understanding of FDA OPDP, 21 CFR, fair balance, ISI rules
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred
• Strong brand, design, and copy quality judgment
• Process-oriented with ability to document and improve QA standards
• Proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools
