📋 Description

• Quality and regulatory gate for healthcare creative output.
• Review ads, pages, emails, social, and video for MLR compliance and brand standards.
• Operate Veeva Vault PromoMats; manage claims, references, submissions.
• Coordinate feedback; manage tasks across creative team and client POCs.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production with MLR exposure.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202; 2253 filing knowledge.
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred.
• Strong eye for brand, design quality, and copy accuracy across digital formats.
• Proficient with Asana or similar PM tools; able to document and improve QA processes.
• Comfortable providing actionable feedback to designers and copywriters.
