📋 Description

• Quality and regulatory checkpoint for healthcare creative output.
• Collaborates with Creative Project Managers; guides workflow to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Manages claims, references, and submissions in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
• Builds and refines quality standards across healthcare portfolio.
• Supports cross-channel PMs and client stakeholders in workflow trafficking.
• Employs AI to enhance processes and leverages Nova ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in healthcare/pharma creative production with MLR exposure.
• Understanding of FDA OPDP guidance and 21 CFR 202 rules.
• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience preferred.
• Strong brand, design, and copy quality across digital formats.
• Process-oriented with ability to document and improve QA standards.
• Proficient with Asana or similar PM platforms.
