Creative Technology Director

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end creative technology solutions for large-scale projects.
• Own technical context, decisions, architecture, and feasibility; collaborate with discipline leads.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, including vendor decisions and multi-exhibit setups.
• Coordinate timelines, schedules, and budgets with production teams in pre-production.
• Mentor teams, oversee freelancers, and contribute to hiring and team structure.
• Contribute to creative tech thought leadership internally and externally.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience (typical range).
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical engineering, fabrication, AV, and hardware/software
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confident client-facing presence.
• Expert-level software development skills in fullstack web or TouchDesigner, with knowledge of the
• Familiarity with a wide range of creative software development tools and hands-on tool usage.
