• 3+ years creating content for social media
• Experience directing or coaching creators
• Strong performance marketing knowledge and data-driven mindset
• On-camera and production skills for UGC-style content
• Talent matching instincts and ability to give constructive feedback
• Organized across multiple brands, creators, and briefs
