Foundational understanding of creator lifecycle (casting, budgeting, negotiating, contracting
Agency experience or knowledge of creator rates is a plus.
Strong written/verbal communication, organization, and relationship-building.
Growth mindset and willingness to learn; ability to meet tight deadlines.
