Credentialing and Enrollment Coordinator

📋 Description

• Verify provider qualifications and manage enrollment with government and commercial payers
• Credentialing and enrollment to minimize delays in providers seeing patients and billing
• Navigate multiple credentialing and payer systems; maintain compliance with CMS, NCQA, PECOS
• Coordinate with Credentialing and Enrollment Team, Clinical Operations, and clinical staff
• Input provider data, maintain accuracy and confidentiality
• Support enrollment-related communications with providers, payers, and related entities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid enrollment
• Familiarity with CAQH, PECOS, NPPES, and state enrollment portals
• Healthcare terminology and CMS regulations knowledge
• Data entry and management software proficiency
• Strong organizational and time management skills; attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet deadlines; strong communication
